Counterparty Qualification
Every counterparty is screened against OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) lists, EU consolidated sanctions lists, and UN Security Council sanctions prior to any transaction.
All buyers and sellers must complete full Know Your Customer verification including corporate registration, beneficial ownership disclosure, and anti-money laundering screening prior to engagement.
All transactions require a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) before any product allocation or pricing is disclosed. No soft probes accepted.
All physical cargoes are subject to independent SGS inspection at load port and discharge port to verify quantity, quality, and specification compliance.
All contracts are governed by ICC arbitration clauses, providing internationally recognized dispute resolution under established commercial law.
